Hello everyone. How are you guys doing today? Thank you for visiting. Please take a sit, make yourself at home, and let’s get Cooking. Today recipe is my sautéed carrots and broccoli. I hope you enjoy it.
You will neeed:
1 pound carrot
1 pound broccoli
1 1/2 teaspoon of all purpose seasonings
of fresh chopped garlic
In a medium size pan, add the oil
Then quickly add a little water, so the garlic stop cooking. About 3 tablespoons
Begin to stir for about 3 min
Then add your seasonings. I used All purpose seasonings. I’m obsessed with this stuff lol. You can use salt and pepper if you don’t have the all purpose. It will be just as good.
Mix everything together until the broccoli is cooked. In my case, I let it cook for another 3 min, just because I like my broccoli very crunchy. You can live it a little longer if you wish. You can also add a little more seasonings. Just make sure you taste it first.
Then your veggies are ready to serve. I had some tilapia fish with this and it was delicious!
