This recipe I made once in a while, just because I tried to limit myself from fried food. It’s not on the healthy side, but I think if you have it once in a while, it can’t kill you. Am I right? It’s pretty simple, and you can customize it to your liking. What I used:
Discos. I found these at my local grocery store and saved my life. you can also find them here
All purpose seasonings
Red bell pepper
And last but not least, some oil for the frying
Make sure to press the edges, so the filling doesn’t come out when frying. You can do it with your finger, or a fork.
Now you can start frying your empanadas. Fry until golden brown on both sides over medium heat
